Kick off your weekend at Amsterdam's Biologische Noordermarkt, the city's organic farmers market. Every Saturday 9am–4pm since 1987, around 30 vendors sell fresh organic vegetables, fruit, bread, cheese, mushrooms, herbs, meat, fish, honey and flowers direct from producers.
