general class rework ideas
- all rifles when shot leave behind a classic-style bullet tracer
- when half charged or more, a transparent team-colored laser is drawn with the sniper's line of sight
- rifles have reverse damage falloff (weaker up close, stronger far away) starting at 25 damage up to 50
