So I've had discord as a very close contact kind of system. But as their ToS and all other is getting progressively worse. How many would be ready to jump onto a such novel idea as IRC?

It's completely understandable. I dont stream games in general, and I'm well aware of it that it takes time and effort to build up an audience specifically for game streaming.
