Tomorrow, offices that did everything they're supposed to do will not have a Medicare check to deposit. Nor the next day. Nor the day after. Nor for the secondary insurances that pay what Medicare doesn't. That's it. Primary care offices just lost 50 to 75% of their income.

The reason you see people post about this today isn't because October 15th was some magical deadline. It's just two weeks after the point when -- if your billers are keeping up -- you've sent your last claims from September. Medicare processes payments in 14 days. You just posted your last check.

A decade of billing and coding here. When this happened in the last big shutdown in the late 2010s, my small (since closed) office had a very tricky 35 days. Yes, gigantic Medicare checks did some afterwards, but we were getting towards a tipping point very soon. Most offices will need help.

The latter, moreso. People sure aren't making money unless they are absolutely mega accounts. What bothers me are the LGBTQIA users still there. Some even came here and ditched it after a month or so. Some are friends! It's shocking and disheartening.

Since I got doxxed, it appears the same doxxing ring has targeted several other users. I learned that they were banned this week, only for Elon to, apparently, personally unban them. I feel obliged to warn everyone about my experience.

It wasn't just my personal information that got published. Someone, somewhere, got my passwords too. For my banking accounts, brokerage accounts, venmo, etc.
Most of which had different and unique passwords. All these attempts started the day i got doxxed, and have sporadically continued since.

If you know anyone who's been doxxed by this group, you need to have them change all their passwords on every website immediately. Ensure 2FA and any other security measures are in place everywhere.
And, wherever possible, document and report it. Frankly, if you're a lefty of any note, do it now too

If anyone was also a victim of this or knows someone who was, there are ways to reach me. I wish I could go into more details right now. But until that time comes, protect yourself.

I will be deactivating in 20 minutes.
Hopefully, that's enough time for the warning to get out.
