This morning, I am listening to Nick 13's self-titled debut (and I believe only solo) album.

Nick 13 is probably best known for making psychohilly music with his band Tiger Army, but this solo album is pure classic country.

Women having control over the means of production of porn is definitely a factor here, but there's also a lot of othrt misogynistic myths at play here.

Like the idea that a mans power comes from his semen so he has to not waste it, & guard it against undeserving women.

They, in fact, don't like porn because they have weird prohibition against sex.

They want women to look like this because they feel women should be available to men, but men should be strong enough to resist. So its just a really fucked up dynamic.
