finished the current infinity nikki inkville quest. that was such a beautiful story. and so gay. so damn gay and I loved every second of it. also cried several times. we literally get a red band of fate as a gift at the end. damn.

still haven't processed all of tsc and tgr, but what I just had to think about again was that Kevin threw away his public persona for a sec to defend jean during the interview and also stated his honest opinion on the situation without sugarcoating it. idk. not gonna leave my brain any time soon

he hasn't seemed interested in her once and her visits always had a motive other than going to see him! putting the grooming aspect aside (which - if Jean likes her I cannot actually imagine her getting with a high-school aged Kevin. I call bullshit) she's still a Raven at heart

also: I have so many fucking thoughts about Kevin. the fucker knew about andreil as soon as Wymack knew. I swear! he was there during all the moments wymack was and just quietly observing them! I also don't believe in his relationship with thea. they weren't in contact for over a year after he fled!

maybe it's worse for me because I went in blind and was convinced Kevin was gonna be the love interest up until the end of the first book.. but then he just disappeared into the background. I feel like Neil holds him in incredible high regard but kind of blocks him out emotionally?

can I just say. after reading the first aftg trilogy twice now (still haven't read the others).. Kevin had such a strong start but in the end he felt really washed out and like an afterthought half of the time. GIVE ME MORE DEBTH ON THE BOI! and free him from this groomer while we're at it.
