Sadly mate there isn’t one. I lived with them for years, occasionally I still get them. Some food types can bring them on, but once they begin all I can ever do is find a cool dark room and take some
painkillers.

Managing stress & also some other lifestyle changes is what helped me most 🫂🧡🧡
