I can't speak for anyone else, but personally I was very untraumatised by how when a car backfired in the street my entire classroom didn't scream and hide under their desks because they thought it was a gun and we were all going to die.
Maybe that helped?

Yup, the best bit of PR he's ever done is convincing the world he's a genius inventor when in reality he's a nepo baby that just keeps failing upwards despite absolutely tanking any company he takes direct control of. Amazing what you can achieve when you have a board of directors to do it for you.

Okay, so, as best people can work out - he means "organic tampons" and thinks that's the same as "vegan" because...well...look at him.
And instead of it occurring to him that SOME men bother to get period supplies for their girlfriend, he assumed it's some kind of "trans men" thing and upset himself

"Tony Blair" is not the name that springs to mind when it comes to someone with a track record of successfully rebuilding social infrastructure that's been bombed to hell.
He didn't even fail, he just straight up didn't try and then later basically said "Oops, we forget that step of the plan".

Honestly I probably wouldn't bother with specific ones - learn the "online hate grifter" archetype in more detail and then you're basically done, because they really aren't original enough to vary from it much and any time spent listening to them specifically only makes your life worse.

I keep reminding myself that this is a cult, and there have been cults that convinced people sacrificing and eating their own family is the Holiest thing it's possible to do, and although the scale of the damage is vastly bigger it's not even reached those levels of insanity. Yet, at least.

Which was a surreal experience to type, in that I never expected to type that but am also somehow not really surprised.
As best people can tell, he's confused "organic" with "vegan" and "tampons" with "food".

Just to be clear, this absolutely does not eliminate all risk of using a phone. But it DOES eliminate the massive risk of not having a phone when you need it to record/report/call for help (which is more likely) while minimising the downsides. It's, IMO, the lesser of two evils, not a perfect fix.

Pay cash and don't sign any contracts. If there's no actual phone store near you which just sells phones, get a second hand one. You can get multiple pay as you go sim cards for a few dollars.

I appreciate this isn't an option for everyone, but getting a 'protest burner' is better. Ideally you change it every time, but keeping it separate from your main life is the important bit.
It's an awkward situation, because mobile phones are incredibly useful to document and communicate.

For what it's worth, I'm seeing that very clearly. The frogs, and wider reaction of "If you're occupying our home you'd best be prepared for this to get 'theatre kid weird'." is hilarious and delightful, and when I can ethically travel to the US again I want to visit and see more.

This is the reasonable thing I'd assume as well, except...I think even that gives them too much credit. In the emails released about Kirk planning to drop Israel, he wasn't like "I just can't keep excusing a genocide", his issue was that he was losing big Jewish sponsors. He knew all along.

For me, the flags which have been lazily cable tied to every single lamppost of the main road of my town are just a daily reminder that instead of a council trying to improve (or at least maintain) the area, I get to live with a bunch of fuckwits who have nothing to offer the world but racism.

1. Take a 15 minute 'normal movement' break at least every 3 hours (that's a bare minimum, not a target).
2. Make a list prompts for when chat's quiet and you're drifting - challenges, questions etc. Anything that engages both your brain and your viewers. It's handy to have them ready.
