If you're overweight in your own mind, (and not 120lbs or less, I know we can think we are heavier than we are), you can bet you have inflammation in your body somewhere related to your diet.
Sometimes this helps Me so much. Alot of the time, the standard breathing technique didn't help Me for pooooooop.

Go on and on until your anxiety lessens.
Don't distract yourself from reality. Distract yourself from the discomfort when it's crippling you, and use that distraction to prove reasons to not worry.

Let me help. Put something else in there. Watch a funny movie. Allow yourself to have a distraction just enough to realize the world won't end. ๐Ÿ–ค
It's not that you can't have dyes. Sugars. Artificials.

It's just that they need to be in moderation, in a minority, compared to a mostly healthy diet.

The inflammation is the enemy.
Keep inflammation down and you'll remove the garbage.
If you're gonna smoke, please drink the water.
Infections and swellings and inflammations: USE COLD TEMPERATURES.

heat incubates. It also incubates bacterial infections. Do not apply heat the infected areas or it will fester.
Do not underestimate the health involved, with having a set wake up/sleep/eat time each or most days.

Circadian rhythm is vital.
Black tea is amazing.
But remember that the more sugar, the less beneficial.
And black tea is still caffeinated, for those with sensitive hearts.
Avoid during trigger/anxious times.
Trouble sleeping? Anxiety at night? Heart issues pre-sleep?
Chamomile tea with honey.

Cut the caffeine back.
Do or feel something that puts your mind in a happier feeling state.
Emergency humidifier: hot/cold water, with a sprayer.

Manual, but functional.
