I like how the NYT tried to do a “some experts say” framing, and the expert was like, you do not need an expert opinion to see this is bad.

Good news! The robot was wrong. A human answered even though 30 seconds before it was still saying I was 72nd in the queue.

Bad news! They can’t even schedule my delivery date until closer to next week so will have to experience another call. And they will only place inside garage at delivery. 🤦🏻‍♀️

For a representative to schedule. Have spent over 30 min on the line with never reaching a person.

Just called back since I am done with new job orientation for the day. I have been stuck as the 72nd caller in the queue for 8 min. Has updated 4 times and still 72nd.

I have had great experiences with Costco delivering and setting up a dishwasher and chest freezer.

Decided to buy nursery furniture from them. This delivery company used for this furniture is a nightmare. Have had 3 robocalls to schedule a delivery. Each time transfers me to a line to wait…
