This is too funny. I just made a brand new dairy free pumpkin pancake recipe for breakfast today, and it called for both baking soda and baking powder. I'm seeing it all over!

Hmm. I will have to try this with my normal recipe. My pumpkin bread is dense. It will be interesting to see if my family will like it lighter. They may be very used to dense pumpkin bread!

That's wonderful. I'm glad that you were able to give real healthy fruit to them! People here were giving out food to kids in lower income neighborhoods.

These look great, and could easily be made dairy free, but the work to make them! No wonder it is difficult to find items like this at a bakery.

Have you tried this recipe? It is different from my go to pumpkin bread recipe. Baking soda and powder. Interesting.
