I found only a solitary surprise in the opinion piece. The first sentence mentioned is trump’s “recent behavior,” as if he had suddenly become unbalanced. I wonder if there had ever a time during his adult life when that was not the case.

When I was young it really irked me when people called me Al, instead of Alan. I grew up and realized that there are far more important things in life. That, unfortunately, is something neither Leavitt or trump can ever do. Tragically we have people with the emotional maturity of toddlers in charge.

Until recently, the question of which POTUS should hold the title Worst of all Time has been debatable. My list of possibles included Jackson, Buchanan, Andrew Johnson, Harding and others. With the 2nd term of trump well under way, the answer is now clear, and his regime must be vanquished.
