Best armor in terms of item. Armor inventors can get medium or light armor with a total bonus (item+dex) of +6. That’s like full plate without str penalty.

Alchemist is a whole class unto itself, with subclasses focusing on healing, poisons, bombs (like alchemist fire) or mutagens.

1000% Yes, your inventor won’t be able to do as much damage as a barb, but your barb Isn’t going to be revers engineering runes or building weapons that can bypass demon/devil/construct armor all at once.

#pathfinder2e hills I will die on. Everyone should try playing a healer at least once. Doesn’t have to be a cleric; sorcs, animists, witches can all do it. But let us forever healers try out one of our other character concepts every once in a while. I promise you, healing is more fun than you think.

#pathfinder2e hills I will die on. The inventor class is good. Notice I didn’t say the best, but you can get the best armor in the game, 2 damage resistances (including spirit and void), and a solid damage boost to melee/ranged. Plus out of combat healing. 2e.aonprd.com/Classes.aspx...

#pathfinder2e hills I will die on. Timber sentinel is way too overpowered. Infinite at-level ranked spells that reduce damage is crazy. Ay Level 9, that’s like 50 temp HP a round perfectly divided among your party near it. Saw it no sell a campaign. WTF #paizo ? 2e.aonprd.com/Feats.aspx?I...

#pathfinder2e hills I will die on. The wasp swarm is WAY too powerful for its level. Anyone who sends it up against a party of level 2s; even odds you have a character death (depending on party makeup.)

Continuing on with my look at some #starfinder2e weapons, the bone scepter. This item is just great. Cold OR void damage on a melee weapon. that means it bypasses most swarm resistances. And few things will resist both damage types. #paizo 2e.aonsrd.com/equipment/we...
