A one-year-old boy with his father were subjected to an alleged racially aggravated attack outside their home in Worcester. It's pretty straightforward for me. Our family got moved to a Council House right in the heart of Brixton in 1968 when I was 12. Reggae was audible everywhere you walked. It just seeped into your system and in my case stayed
