I’m sympathetic to the folks that are exhausted by UB sets they don’t resonate with. But I really don’t think Spider-Man is this soulless cash grab they accuse it of being. The set has a lot of charming cards featuring top-down design that I think will make for unique, funny moments in games.

It really hurts me to see when people dismiss the efforts of skilled artists and designers for these kinds of superficial reasons. There was clearly a ton of love and passion that was put into making this set, but for lots of people it's all just corporate slop because it's an IP crossover.
