Last time, my doctor told me: no workouts, no heavy lifting. It was fine. Not great for the long term, but surprisingly peaceful. Your body slows down. Your strength fades a bit, sure, but it’s like the volume of everything drops. less restlessness, less urgency to act on instincts and horniness.

yes I know that’s absurd, and is the same here, they wanted tests. Luckily my level was already low enough to start TRT, 380 ng/dl, and symptoms of hypogonadism and very high LH was enough with a private hormone clinic, so I started it before surgery
