#Photography isn't a Crime: Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms protects freedom of expression including the right to take and publish photographs in public spaces. There is no expectation of privacy, meaning you don't need permission to photograph people or scenes visible from a public place.

I find imperfections often make for better photography. "Quality" in street photography is subjective, and true beauty, character, and emotional connection can emerge from imperfections. This is a great example. It caries a strong emotion. It is authentic. Relatable. Genuine. Wabi-sabi!
