You could easily work it into a fantasy TTRPG setting. Pathfinder even has "Agathions", celestial furries basically, and while they have "vulpinals" (foxes) and "leonals" (lions) I wasn't able to find any bear-based ones, so you could easily homebrew "ursinals" as just being Care Bears.

This is also why it feels like rejection when I put together a possible set of solutions to someone's problem and they quickly brush it aside and tell me none of what I said will work. That feeling happens regardless of whether they genuinely have already tried my ideas and they actually don't work.
