I'm away for the week at a place I've holidayed at since being a kid. Friday nights here have always been fish 'n chips night. It's also one of, if not the best chippy In England.

After quite an epic reading year last year... 127 books devoured. I've started this year with finishing off one started last year.

I was sceptical when I first saw this series. But 4 books in its safe to say I love the fun escapism of them.

A fun fact is that the main characters created by three of my favourite authors Tom Clancy, Lee Child and Barry Eisler all have the initials JR. Jack Ryan, Jack Reacher and John Rain.
