The Department of Public Works has granted a permit to P3R to close the inbound Armstrong Tunnel and the Philip Murray (South Tenth Street) Bridge in Pittsburgh for the Pittsburgh Penguins 6.6K Run and Family Walk. The closure will occur from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Sunday, October 5.

Work on the road, which is expected to end in December, includes extensive concrete roadway and joint repairs, drainage improvements, sidewalk repairs, curb replacement, as well as sign and pavement marking work.

The most recent Foundation of HOPE graduation in the Allegheny County Jail was "electric"! 🎸

Live music has been a staple of HOPE Graduations, which usually featured beautiful violin performances, but the latest ceremony for 14 new graduates of the HOPE program featured Jeff Wood's electric guitar.
