I've moved my occasional updates of games onto my @djcube.co.uk account. I am nearing the end of my @alln64games.djcube.co.uk daily posting and will be doing a short run though of @allvirtualboygames.djcube.co.uk before stating the proper postings of GameCube games this account.

Black & Bruised

A decent boxing game where the characters get deformed as they get hit. If only any of them were remotely likeable.

ATV: Quad Power Racing 2

An enjoyable racing game with quad bikes. Plenty of fun tracks and some interesting mechanics.

Micro Machines

A rebooted Micro Machines from a new developer. It lacks the fun, speed and immensely difficult tracks of the previous game.

Ikaruga

An absolutely wonderful vertical shooter. You have to swap between two separate polarities to either protect yourself or cause the enemy more damage.

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis

On the same day as the Resident Evil 2 port, Capcom also released Nemesis. I feel like they could have been a collection instead of sperate games.

Resident Evil 2

The classic PS1 game ported to GameCube. Sadly, it's lacking the additional features form the N64 but does include the full cutscenes, and all on one disc.

Space Raiders

A gritty reboot of Space Invaders. You still move left and right and blast incoming enemies, but its' just a sea of grey and brown. Plus a frustrating power up system.

Tom and Jerry in War of the Whiskers

An improvement over the N64 game, but there's still barely anything here.

Super Bubble Pop

A freeware PC game that lets you play puzzles in tune to your own music ported to consoles without the ability to use your own music.

Top Angler

Very much a copy of Sega Bass Fishing. It's even made by the developer that ported Sega Bass Fishing to Dreamcast.

It looked so smooth back in the day.
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers

A decent hack and slash game, and the closest to a "film-tie-in" that a game has actually felt.

Fire Blade

A generic helicopter game with horrible stealth levels that uses a "stealth mode" that breaks the normal levels.

Skies of Arcadia Legends

An absolutely wonderful game. The world and characters are very enticing, and the plot has lots of great twists and turns. The dungeons are also brilliantly made.

Dragon’s Lair 3D

It does a good job at adapting the original animated film game into a 3D platformer, and makes some of the crazy sequences playable.

Mr. Driller DrillLand

This takes the Mr. Driller puzzle game and adds a bunch of different twists, including ones based on the Tower of Druaga and an Indiana Jones Parody. They're all a ton of fun.

Gadget Racers / Japan, Road Trip: The Arcade Editio / Choro Q!

The racing series that can never decide on a name outside of Japan - it was Penny Racers on N64. It's a cute game and you even race past GameCubes, but the handling is atrocious.

Disney Sports Basketball

A fun, albeit simple, basketball game. Even with 3-on-3, most teams only have one Mickey Mouse character.

Bomberman Jetters

Essentially a level pack for Bomberman Generation to promote the anime series Jetters.

Beyblade VForce: Super Tournament Battle

An atrocious game. If you can put up with the audio and visual assault, you can complete the tournament in around 7 minutes. And that's the entire game.

The Sum of All Fears

Take Rainbow Six, remove all the tactics from the game and then break the movement and AI and you're left with The Sum of All Fears.

SpongeBob SquarePants: Revenge of the Flying Dutchman

A poor (but not terrible) platformer with music that will make you go insane.

Dr. Muto

A really fun platformer where you can transform into hideous looking animals. Lots of creativity and new things to find throughout the game.

Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius

A very shoddy platformer that is plagued by development issues.
