Should be every 5 years, to maintain standards - rather than allow them to decline. If we were serious about road safety we would be doing this instead of blanket reduction of speed limits and “dumbing down”.

Few people have experience of how cults manipulate people, coerce them with peer pressure and emotional stress. Once you see it you realise everyone everywhere is being coerced to some extent. And that every faith is built on the same foundation.

Medpro wasn’t taken to the courts for profiteering. It was because the gowns weren’t sterile. It doesn’t matter that £65M of the £122M contract was clear profit. Or that “their people” in Hong Kong trousered £25M. That the tax payer paid £5 each for a “bin bag”.

Only that they couldn’t be used…

£90M profit on a £122M contract!!!

Reminder that the UK was the only nation on the entire planet which handed out fraudulent 'VIP' contracts for millions or billions of pounds to anybody because a handful of people like Michael Gove and Boris Johnson said they were fine.

Its the company Medpro that got sued, not Mone. And they are now in liquidation with only £250k in the bank. The money is gone, Mone wont be paying anything back.

And she probably is a scapegoat. There were dozens of companies set up by “friends of the Tories” to profiteer from Covid. Billions lost

Isle of Man is a Crown Dependency of the UK. Effectively independent, but UK provides defence and foreign affairs. Basic tax level is 10%, top rate 21%. No capital gains or inheritance tax. They are heavily subsidised by UK gov in return for “banking services”. (Off shore, tax free).

Go figure…
