Our fab office manager has translated results from my #ConversationAnalysis #BehaviourChange research into a nudge to get people to put stuff in the dishwasher. Previously ‘there is no dishwasher fairy, you need to put your items in the dishwasher’ now a good news delivery… let’s see if it works 😬
