A quiet Christmas this year. Was able to speak to Mum & wish her Merry Christmas. Had a simple Christmas lunch that I ate far too quickly & enjoyed a yummy pudding that I got 4 sizes too big. All in all, a good day.

This year's #SpotifyWrapped is a mix of me & Mum. Mum has Alzheimers & has declined a lot this year before she went into full-time care. But one thing that always made her happy & calm was music. We would sit on the front porch & listen & sing-a-long together to music from the 60s & 70s.🕺🪩🎶🎙
