My bad, I wrote my message poorly.

I want the Turtles to be in their niche, and Splinter to bring them together. It's weird enough that it's a 5C deck, but it lets them out everything in it.

I also would have preferred Splinter as the keystone card over Leonardo. Maybe that's just my love of old rat men.

I can't say I really understand the point of putting partner on a five color commander.
