During a military-style raid on a building in Chicago’s South Shore, one resident heard a knock on his door.   It wasn’t the feds — it was a mom and her 7-year-old daughter, pleading for help.

He let them hide in his unit for the next 3 days.

I mean, it’s been a decade since I did that job, and things definitely may have changed. But having to try and track people down who don’t file taxes, for a variety of reasons, is a pain in the ass.

I’m also including the contractors who makes six figures a year who don’t file taxes.

As somebody who worked in non-filer at CRA for a while, this will make everybody’s job much easier.

Nobody wants to raise arbitrary assessments against people who don’t file their taxes. It causes unnecessary stress, and the amount of people not receiving benefits they are entitled to is a lot.

Does it mean that we should just forget their complicity in what happened in Palestine, or the fact that they’re trying to pass an overreaching securities bill? No. All eyes on this.
