I will ensure no one is left behind and I will work for all our SOGs to ensure their voices are heard in our union. My manifesto commits me to convene a joint meeting for all SOGs within my first 100 days ✊🏻

UNISON must do more to ensure the voices of retired members are heard.
Andrea Egan for General Secretary UNISON's retired members are not in receipt of 'gold plated' pensions. So in the face of rising inflation, the failures of the Labour Government on Winter Fuel Payments and the WASPI women are paticularly felt. Under the leadership of the current General Secretary, the interests of retired members have come a poor second to supporting Starmer's Labour. This has to stop.
