Delicious food at Maki & Ramen in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, though a bit spicier than it’s one chilli on the menu suggests! #phew

I’m currently reading Simon Raymonde’s autobiography “In One Ear”, it’s a wonderful and eye-opening book. I’m yet to reach the Fontana years but it should be interesting reading!

It will be good to be back up north anyway, lots of different beers to try. Plus it’s a family gathering so I’ll be seeing all my siblings. Probably a good job it’s only for a couple of days to be honest! 😂
