Quirks and biases are bound to leak through regardless of how hard you try. It's you talking to yourself and it's SAFE and under control. I prefer how TTRPG writing is infinitely more VOLATILE due to the existence of other players who will fuck shit up

They're quite different from each other, TTRPG writing is laying the groundwork for your players since they should be the priority, while writing for a book or fic is inherently more stiff and mechanical because you are still you no matter the character you're writing
