I am not an attorney but it seems that pursuing a prosecution that other prosecutors shared was not viable to pursue, but is pursued anyway by an AG based on the wants of a vengeful president, is not ethical by American Bar Standards; therefore, said AG might have ABA complaints filed in her future.

I wish I cld rise above the fray, but I cannot. Selfishly, as long as he did not recv the prize, I am less concerned about who did. That is how much I despise him. I give up my principles under these circumstances.

I have never seen anyone so deeply ashamed of and hurt by his profession as Elias when the big law firms went to their knees.

Marc Elias is overworked and probably well underpaid for all Marc and his firm does to save our votes. It is as if he is the only attorney involved in saving democracy. Where are all the others?
