I'm a queer Lithuanian artist who illustrates my folklore inspired universe.

My aitvaras OC Aiva wearing punk inspired clothes. Their hair is longer in the back, with shaved sides and piercings decorate their ears, eyebrow and under-lip. She is wearing blue-ish jacket, jeans, and tall zip-up boots. The inner lapels of her jacket have a flame pattern, as well as nonbinary and queer anarchism flags + a sapling pin. Belts and a sewn-on patch decorate his pants and boots, a big red belt having a star buckle and a chain. Her boots have a flame pattern on the toe and their woven sashes are excanged for 4 huge red and green belts. She is holding a flaming motorcycle helmet in one hand and a rooster lollipop on the other. They are striking a dynamic pose and look friendly and happy. There’s a shooting star behind him. The frame of the drawing has two dots racing, the bottom being the finish line that one of them reached. Road signs decorate the two free top left and bottom right corners.

A tapestry-like fictional propaganda art piece. The main subject is the demigod grand guardian Meilus, an oc based on Lithuanian folklore. He is wearing a set of armour from the times of Grand Duchy of Lithuania, with a shield in one hand and a battle axe on the other, along with details of archeological clothing. A reference sheet for Randolf Emberdew, a high elf wizard. The ref contains a maximalist-esque outfit of him adorned in jewelry and showcasing a mother-of-pearl colour palette, dressed in a light blue coat and carrying a purple transparent sash. The coat is held together by a thick belt that holds a bag and a magical tome. Another outfit shows the clothes underneath, which seem to be a bit more simple and muted than his first outfit. A bust of the character is included, bringing attention to the shimmery underlayer of his "doublet", his chromatic eyeshadow and pearl + diamond jewelry.

Lino is really fun but your wrist health depends on the type of linoleum you use. I normally use actual flooring linoleum, which is very hard, but this is the esdee arts soft lino, which is easier to cut

I'm especially interested in this because so many women I know hate doing these things, but then all of a sudden trans women NEED to do them to pass (they don't) (we're united in hating shaving)

I think it's one of the symptoms of a world wherein both positivity and neutrality, no matter how deep or reflective of real life, is viewed as innately tenderqueer, which is the WORST thing someone could ever call you and immediately renders your art as pandering to the mainstream
