🇲🇪 RTCG have announced the artists and titles of the 15 entries participating in Montesong 2025 on their breakfast show Dobro jutro Crna Goro.

The lineup includes #Eurovision 2009 representative Andrea Demirović, Montesong 2024 third-placer Baryak and fan favourite Dolce Hera.

Key topics included the format of a national selection, promotion strategies, and participant support.

TRM stresses that a final decision on participation has not yet been taken.

No surprises, the 18 countries that announced their participation beforehand are the 18 competing, making this the most participants at JESC since 2021. The graphic design is certainly a choice though.

🇬🇪 OFFICIAL: 18 countries will participate in the Junior #Eurovision Song Contest 2025, the EBU and host broadcaster GPB have revealed.

Compared to last year's edition 🇦🇿 Azerbaijan, 🇭🇷 Croatia and 🇲🇪 Montenegro return, while 🇪🇪 Estonia and 🇩🇪 Germany withdraw.

👉 Rules are published and song submissions open at 11:00 am CEST and close on 20 October
👉 12 songs will be selected
👉 Final on 14 February 2026

👉 Submissions deadline 2 November
👉 Jury selects up to 28 songs (+4 reserves)
👉 2 semi-finals, 100% televoting, 7 qualifiers per semi
👉 Final with 50% televoting, 25% int. jury, 25% Greek jury

🇸🇲 After initial uncertainty regarding their participation, SMRTV has confirmed San Marino will send an entry to #Eurovision 2026.

In addition, SMRTV, the Ministry of Tourism, and partner Media Evolution have renewed the San Marino Song Contest until 2028.

🇨🇿 ČT has confirmed Czechia's participation in #Eurovision 2026 and has opened song submissions for its internal selection. Songs can be submitted until 19 October 2025.

Like last year, the artist will be chosen by a panel of experts and a public poll.

🇩🇪 ESC kompakt reports that Germany's #Eurovision 2026 entry will most likely be chosen via a national selection. There are discussions of continuing to work with Stefan Raab.

This comes after SWR has taken over German Eurovision duties from NDR.
