Mise en danger de la vie d'autrui par négligence.

Malgré la procédure d'alerte engagée, le droit de retrait des personnels est refusé.

Une fenêtre qui tombe sur une collègue, des nuisibles dans les classes.

Bonjour,
Voici le point sur la situation au lycéen Marcelin Berthelot de Pantin, suite au droit de retrait exercé par une large partie de l’équipe pédagogique le 26 septembre 2025 :
- mardi 30 septembre, le maire de Pantin s’est rendu au lycée Marcelin Berthelot.
Une délégation de professeurs s’est entretenue avec l’élu. Les collègues ont insisté sur la nécessité urgente de recruter un poste d’AS et de trouver un.e remplaçant.e pour le poste d’infirmie.re. Le maire était d’accord avec l’équipe
enseignante. La lettre qui lui était destinée lui a été remise en mains propres. Le maire a par ailleurs écrit à la région pour appuyer notre demande.
- le lundi 6 octobre, une délégation de 6 personnes dont 5 professeurs et un parent d’élèves a été reçue par la DSDEN.

Nos demandes étaient les suivantes :
▪ Un ou une infirmière et assistante sociale
▪ Un changement de la fiche poste de l’AS à 100% pour rendre le poste attractif
▪ Des explications quant à la personne qui a postulé chez nous l’année dernière pour être AS et n’a jamais été embauchée.
▪ + d’AED et de personnels vie scolaire
▪ Un temps de présence + important de la PSY EN (qui est là un jour et demi par semaine)
o Les réponses ont été insuffisantes :
▪ Il n’y aura pas d’AS à temps plein mais un recrutement à 50% est envisageable (sans garantie). Une collègue vient de postuler.
▪ Le poste d’infirmier.e vacant vient d’être ouvert au remplacement mais pas de candidature pour le moment.
▪ Aucun AED supplémentaire, possible « réflexion à une
redistribution des postes déjà créés » ( ?)
▪ Un membre de la direction générale se propose de visiter le lycée « après les vacances de la Toussaint ».

Alors que nous avons alarmé notre hiérarchie sur l’absence de pôle médico-social, le climat de tensions grandissant au sein du lycée et sur la vétusté de l’établissement, DE NOUVEAUX FAITS GRAVES ONT EU LIEU CES DERNIERS JOURS :
o Jeudi 2 et vendredi 3 octobre à 15h : tirs de mortier dans le hall du lycée en pleine récréation, impliquant notamment des individus extérieurs au lycée. Cette intrusion a été permise par le dysfonctionnement du service de sécurité à l’entrée (interphone et caméra d’interphone cassés, ne permettant pas de filtrer les entrées, point sur lequel nous
avons alerté à plusieurs reprises DSDEN, rectorat et région)
o Mardi 7 octobre, une fenêtre est tombée sur une agente.
- Une PROCEDURE DE DROIT D’ALERTE a alors été engagée le jeudi 9 octobre en présence des élus SNES-FSU de la Formation Spécialisée en matière de Santé,
de Sécurité et de Conditions de Travail (FSSSCT). Une fiche RSST a été remplie, indiquant tous les dysfonctionnements du lycée.
