I wouldn't say I'm a sports manga enjoyer either (insane statement considering I feel like what I want to draw technically falls into sports manga) but what I read of it was interesting... worth a try at least imo

I think gk has a kind of unconventional sense of humor among manga (ex. the face asirpa makes when feeding her food to the soldiers), and so I think that aspect, along with the pacing and style of action scenes feels very similar to gk. to ME. but it's been a while since I looked at dogsred
