Reminiscing about an interaction with the most typical Liberal (or Democrat) you'll find online. Years ago, I was arguing that Canadians should have dental care because teeth are part of the body, so it's literally healthcare, and because it's the right thing to do. A Liberal had issues with this.

Partly because so many formerly leftwing parties have turned to the right, there's a lot of confusion about what right and left mean in politics. I hope this helps:

Obama lied a lot. He also paved the way for Trump. He protected the monied and the propertied and abandoned the rest. He always helped to crush progressive politics. He turned a blind eye to war crimes and committed some himself. And you miss him?
