Besides a few exceptions, I’ve come to find I don’t care for Don Bluth’s sensibilities as an animator. There are so many little things when you watch his films that irk me.

I love The Secret of Nimh and The Land Before Time, but most of his other work doesn’t land for me.

I’ve been replaying all of Deltarune to prepare for chapters 3 and 4, but damn—Jevil is extremely difficult for me for some reason!! Dark Souls? Elden Ring? Sekiro? No problem, I can learn those patterns. For some reason though I just cannot nail is pattern down, even with guides!
