Because AI is so rampant in the social media management space, I make a conscious effort to completely avoid using it in my creative process.

The symbol for adding alt text is usually shown with a little “alt” icon on every photo, or in the advanced setting of platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Every platform has different character limits for alt text, so it’s important that you check the length before writing. 📑

What’s alternative text? Simply put, it’s a descriptions of an image, to enable people with sight loss to enjoy social media as much as you. 📲

I’m always grateful that there are people who give back to the community through volunteering their skills. As small businesses and startups, we face a lot of roadblocks financially. Which is why having experts willingly give their expertise is an opportunity that you have to take whenever you can.
