This odd VHS glows with an otherworldly magic. It plays an hour long
movie that is more like that of a prophetic dream and changes each time that it is watched. It is unknown where this VHS came from.
After watching the VHS, the attuned may roll 2d20's. They can keep these two rolls to the side for future use. These rolls can be used in place of attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws for themselves or others. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn. The VHS tape needs 24 hours to be re-winded before being able to be watched again. When the attuned watches the tape again, any previous rolls they had are removed and replaced.
