I don't know if she uses Bsky or not, prob not but still. I got this commmmmmission from surprise surprise, @screami.bsky.social wooo. It's for my discord and maybe other stuff in the future.
vgen.co/screami Does anything, mostly, including... (don't tell anyone this it's a secret)... Frogs...
Having the daynight cycle steal your pokemon might be the dumbest thing I have seen this company do in a long time. Since forced exp share maybe. Not quite as dumb as shiny locks, but close.
Getting pokemon gamers to understand what the word "options" means still remains an impossible task all these years later. At some point I just gotta stop trying because it always devolves into something irrelevant. 99% of the time options are objectively a good thing. simple as.
RPGS too grindy? keep it on. You want it off for some challenge purpose or just prefer that way of playing? Turn it off. its genuinely that simple. Doesnt even have to be like bravely default where it goes even further than a binary option.
Idk on this one. The whole thing of pokemon was that there was something for everyone and then this game takes a lot of that away, the EXP share is just one of them. like even if you think it's ok it is objectively an option that was removed for zero purpose when the 2 previous games were fine.
That's the thing though, I don't understand why there is no option. In no way is there a benefit to it being forced instead of an option. That's actually a problem I see in games more and more (that aren't indie), a lot of ingame option removal.
WEll to be honest it isn't even just the graphics but yeah. I was just explaining more of what I was meaning in my first post. I think the portable box and the Dynamax raids in the DLC were the only thing's I enjoyed unfortunately. Forced EXP share was one of the things I hated the most (forced)
Im getting at. We lost a lot of things and got nothing in return, on more oowerful hardware and if that isn't emblematic of the series direction since XY idk what is
The thing about dexit was never about the dex, thats just an easy word forbit no one cares about that part, it was just not even allowing them in which just having them coded in would be enough. Also it was done with no benefit as the animations and graphics were uninmproved really and thats what
My original comment was the game gear one, i was just giving my opinion on the other one cos they brought it up
I am convinced triangles are the key to unraveling the universe itself like the strand of a carpet
just like it was triangles that morphed the 2d into 3d games, it will be triangles that morph 3d to 4d life
as he stumbles around the house like a home alone character
I've been using it forever. I can't code (I try but I need to figure out personal things for me to learn things. irrelevant anyway). I haven't put no games nowhere, I just want to get my imagination out somewhere and learn things and there is many skills involved that aren't coding.
definitely the only reason RPG maker is hated is because people spend 5 minutes of work, zero playtest, and then try to sell those games. But hating the whole engine and every game made by it just because of those slop is really sad. (the slop I mean is explicitely only the paid ones)
And when everyones racist.... hahahaha. No one will be.
Depending on the game though you would probably have some mix. Mass effect being the most popular example of choices kind of sucks for that. It is terribly suboptimal to mix, either do all good or all bad for the most part but rarely mix. I'm sure other games can do this better.
I always wondered why people asked "why do people not pick the bad options since it's not real life" and like, I would hope most of us weren't hoping we could do the bad actions irl if there was no consequence. I'd rather do more of what I wish I could do. Useless IRL, but useful in game.
Maybe somewhere between nothing and how much Goku eats 😹
Finished is definitely an important word that has been used, shouldn't be ignored. There are worse games I have played that I haven't finished.
although I am surprised that the worst game someone could stomach finishing was Bioshock infinite.
This fact saddens me in many aspects of gaming because a lot of things that we hate are just normal to them since it's all they've got to know. So slowly over time it just gets more accepted by brute force. I am pretty sure the people making these decisions know this too. pretty hopeless feeling tbh
Worse when you realize there are people who are adults now who were born just before this became a norm ( but few years grace since super young kids aren't playing games like this )
I hate the map making. I be having fun writing (prob yoo much) then i realize i have to make the places i mentioned 😹
For the last point its more that every job in the game has many buttons and stuff so idk how vpr is any different in that aspect.
I assume its the positionals causing this problem for people, but tbh positionals are more free than people realize (most think they only work on the rings of the hitboxes but they also work inside, meaning much less movement ofc). I have to assume this as vpr's rotation is... nothing really.
If it was storywise Then... i probably liked 3.3 or 4.3 the most. But i dont really like saying somethings the "single best" but only talk about one aspect otherwise i'd like shadowbringers more if i just looked at it from story only
3.55 i think it was, added crossworld PF which is the most important feature added imo. Im not too big on individual patches storywise or anything so i prob wouldn't choose anything past stormblood personally. And for other reasons too long for a bsky comment lol
