My kid’s school has a dress up day on Thursday. The theme is famous painters or paintings and I’m seriously considering just lining her up outside and throwing random paints at her, then hanging a sign around her neck with ‘Jackson Pollock’ written on it.

Actually, the other highlight was my flight back last night being delayed by almost two hours because someone on the inbound flight had to be removed before takeoff for being too drunk.
Ground crew had to empty the entire luggage hold for their bags and cat, then reload it all before taking off 😂😂

Spent a couple days back in Auckland for work this week.
The highlight definitely being the couple behind me at some lights getting on the horn and gesticulating wildly because I stopped to let a fire engine with full lights and sirens through ahead of me.
Some things never change 😂

Does get a bit hard to remember that sometimes, particularly with how manic everything feels lately.
I’ve kind of avoided this place for a while because of how cooked everything is, and I find it hard not to get caught up in it all.
