Maxey scored 17 points in the first quarter and was never seen again.

Justin Edwards was very up and down.

The Sixers played the back end of their ideal rotation and rookies for a hefty chunk of the game, so not a ton to take away.

Nurse mentioned pregame that Maxey told him in Abu Dhabi that he felt like he wasn't aggressive enough, to which Nurse said that he felt like it was the most free he'd ever seen Maxey play.

Maxey has 17 points on 7/13 shooting at the end of the first.

VJ Edgecombe (left hip soreness) is out for tonight’s preseason game, per Sixers.

He participated in shootaround this morning and is considered day to day. Edgecombe is expected to practice next week.

Kerkering obv choked and that will be the memory of the season but they would've been nowhere near that situation if the hitters with all the cute quotes, accessories, and regular-season flash stepped up in a single impact spot.

He's immortalized on the poster but find it very hard to blame him.

Was critical of Rob Thomson the first two games but think he's been excellent the last two games of this series. Whatever happens, hitting has made his task incredibly difficult.
