After the devastating Australian black summer bushfires, we went into the field, investigating bushfire risk factors for livestock. The result? The first systematic investigation of its kind which identified key risk areas and developed a comprehensive preparedness manual for producers. #WFED

During a cholera outbreak in 1854, John used data collection, spatial mapping, and reasoning to show cholera was waterborne, tracing it to the Broad Street pump. His groundbreaking work reshaped how we understand disease outbreaks.

Ausvet are proud to be working with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania (NRE Tas) having designed an Emergency Animal Disease (EAD) module to incorporate into their ORBIT system. This module was designed to assist the team to facilitate any EAD rapid response.
