Aside from if you have reflux issues eating before bed has no negative side effects, that and some people cant sleep when full. But other then that the weight gain thing has been busted as a myth years ago.
Ya, i couldnt do that i drink 5 or 6 pop a day LOL (sugar free ones) but ya, i hate water.
Nothing wrong with that. It's once you climb into bed that the snacking stops. That was my problem is i would wake up just to snack.
Oh i'll eat right up until i go to bed if i want. It's just once i climb into bed no more snacking cause i would get up 2 or 3 times in the night to snack.
It does... sadly didnt quit soon enough and now dealing with the problems of what acid reflux did to my esophagus
Little midnight snack update
I have made 190 nights without snacking in the middle of the night (after doing so for over 25 years)
I was consuming roughly 500 plus calories a night, so 95000 useless calories, or 27.1 lbs
Small changes can have a massive impact.
Today is leg and ab day!
And since i stuffed my face last night with triple the calories i normally have, i am going to go hard and put those extra calories to use on some leg day gainz!
Yesterday I failed you all, for years i have been a beacon of consistency and dedication...but Sunday Oct 12th i failed to remind you to do your laundry. Now you are all walking around with crusty knickers and stink lines wafting from your clothes and it is my fault.
I am sorry.

Slept in until 8:45 wow. Need some coffee, gonna smash a static hold arm day, then make a Thanksgiving dinner for the family.
Putting wine in the freezer to cool it quickly can dull its flavors and aromas and mutes the subtle flavor compounds making the wine taste flat and less complex.
I kind of wish i would have put more wine in the fridge this afternoon... i could go for a few drinks tonight.
Okay, chest and shoulder workout done, time to make some dessert for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. Making pumpkin cinnamon buns and just a batch of buns.
