Apparently I hit the wall yesterday. I slept almost all day, made dinner, then slept all evening. I feel like I could sleep all day today too. I will be paying closer attention to what I am eating. Maybe too much yuck/sugar/carbs? I just feel ick too. Maybe it's a cold?

I wanted to try vision boards for each of my new book ideas... I am really a print out/write on with a pen kinda person. I don't do online planners, etc. But I thought online vision board, okay. I can use photos I find online. BUT, I feel 800yrs old as I try to create one! #authorsky #booksky

Why is it so hard to find a quiet spot today? Football is on inside, the cat kicked me out of the office area, and outside is SO noisy today! The A/Cs are especially loud today, and there is a generator, rotatiller, or pressure washer somewhere. Whatever that is, is on every weekend lately.

Not knocking vets, but WHY does it have to cost $300 for bloodwork (that's a car payment), and, more to the point, WHY won't they do payment plans? Especially for folks who aren't eligible for the CARE card.

Our cat scared me this morning. He takes random seizures and is on meds for that. But this morning (5am) he had an unusual one, that was equally scary. Fine afterwards, like usual. Guess it's time to try to save up for updated bloodwork.

Funny how we do things for our pets that we wouldn't normally do. I have an empty box taking up too much space in my living room because MY CAT LIKES IT. We even added a second box to it.

Trying to be consistent in my workouts. I'm a work in progress. A typical week for me is 3 days of 20min workouts on average. Sometimes I manage 4 days. I feel like I don't do enough, then I remember this time 18months ago, I was working out ZERO times a week. So...progress.
