For what it's worth I struggle with flashbacks and struggling to talk to people a lot and it genuinely is terrifying at times cause of how easy my mind gets lost in my own head. You aren't alone, and I'm sorry you're going through whatever you're going through 🫂. I really hope you'll feel better
