Totally agree, but here's the thing - conservatives don't care what happens to gay teenagers. They assume that there are jo gay teenagers. That they were manipulated or groomed or choosing it to be rebellious. Got told ALL the arguments when I got outed to my parents.

The last game didn't. We had Jin not give a shit when Ryuji said he would surrender. He killed him anyway. Atsu didn't have that. Her need for vengeance felt like Sucker Punch didn't want to make her more anti-hero because they were afraid it would make her unlikeable.

Here is Ghost of Yotei's problem- Atsu needed to be a MUCH worse person. Much worse. We needed to see her violent need for vengeance as visceral. We needed that scene where Jin poisons the milk of the Mongols and makes everyone there cough up blood and die. This game pulled punches. Hard!

There is this weird revisionism with Democrats about Biden, I am noticing. That all of how we got here wasn't his fault. We put it in Trump for not ending things, but this all started LONG before he was in office, and could have ended with a phone call. That is Biden's legacy. Turning a blind eye.

Genocide Joe could have ended Naziyahu's murder spree with a phone call and a threat that wasn't toothless. One phone call, telling him that if he doesn't stop, we will cut off the money and weapons. That's all it would have taken, but no. Genocide Geriatric believed Jesus was coming back.

In Portland, an ambulance was summoned to the ICE office to treat an injured protester (not clear how he was injured). But when the patient was loaded inside, ICE officers refused to let the ambulance leave and threatened to shoot the ambulance driver: www.wweek.com/news/2025/10...
