Narcissistic Personality Disorder is an outdated term for a type of diagnosed cluster B disorder, but to say that narcissism refers only to that makes as much sense as saying that ‘personality’ is a medical condition and ableist term.

There is a difference between an insult, an epithet, and a slur.

If you think being mean to an inanimate object is in any way the same thing as denigrating a person for their existence, you are a performative bumper sticker activist and your judgement on all moral issues is suspect.
