I may or may not be volunteering to do what I would’ve been doing if I weren’t stuck with volunteering (secret squirrel mission).

The coho can’t be on a shutdown schedule. They make their own schedule. They’ve got streams to be in and gravel beds to spawn upon.

1 Granny Smith apple, peeled & chopped
1 yellow onion
♥️ garlic
few dashes of cinnamon
*sauté & merry flavors
1 roasted butternut squash peel/seeds removed
Stir & sizzle
4-5 cups broth-depends on squash size
1 can coconut milk
Immersion blender/adjust liquids

Garnish w bacon bits & chopped almonds

Only cried a few times today. It would’ve been Waldo’s birthday today. He’s across that 🌈 though, frolicking with a bunch of other beautiful dog souls.
