It's really too bad you're having that experience, it can be so disheartening.
I can't say I'm experiencing the same unpleasant environment here- I think I'm actually just lonely here, it feels quiet and I haven't figured out how to do community on this app.

It's true that there is a lot of drama-baiting going on over there. I have genuinely been very liberal about the Block button on Threads, if I see an unsavory take I just block put of default - I don't have time for that anymore.

I'm bummed because I am having GREAT conversations on 🧵s but I want to find that forum here too to get away from META. I just don't see the same kind of community building here, I want to try tho.
