🫘 I am happy to announce that my Tamarind Sour made the cocktail menu @ Bib Gourmand Michelin Guide restaurant called The Lunch Lady in Vancouver, Canada. 🫘
🌺 I refuse to use grenadine, period. It is played out, very dated, and full of unnecessary sugar. and your home guests are just being polite when they accept —promise.

Opinions aside, my socials were flooded with the tacky 💉 method for halloween. Here we got the blood-red aesthetic with Hibiscus🌺

-2oz Vietnamese Coffee
-1 Bar-spoon of Nespresso Gold Powder
-Shake and strain
-Then, line the glass with coconut or regular condensed milk
I know 😭 When I heard this on some YouTube interview, I just resigned to the fact I'll watch both back-to-back in 2025.
I sell rum (and other spirits) for a living and this made me laugh so damn hard! 🤣

Jokes aside though people should stop drinking CM and explore world-class small batch rums, because the available quality out there is actually exceptional.
